All Garments are used unless otherwise noted and sold AS IS. This means that slight wear and tear may be expected. Examples of wear and tear would be sight loss of rhinestones, beads, sequins, feathers, etc. Any major damage such as broken zippers, non washable stains, etc will be noted in the description. All sizes run from approximatey a size 8-14 unless duly noted. Some extra stretch may occur depending upon the fabric from which garment is constructed. My measurements (Male Chest: 40-41, Waist 31-32, padded hips 41-42, height in heels 6'3") were used in the making of the garments.
Payment:
Money orders and Paypal only. Paypal is strongly encouraged but does incur a 3%+.30 fee for the transaction. This is to cover the transaction fee Paypal deducts from the transaction on the sellers end. This fee wil be added to the garment total when billed. Contact me for payment address or to arrange for a Paypal payment request.
Shipping:
Shipping may be by regular ground (USPS) or Priority Mail, or Express Mail. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and all garments are mailed with insurance. I will be happy to secure a shipping quote when payent is arranged. No garment will be mailed without shipping being paid at time of garment payment.
Returns and Exchanges:
All items sold AS IS and no refunds or exchanges are offered. I am happy to answer any questions you may have to help you understand your purchase.
Layaway:
Layaway is available. No garment will be held without initial payment. A minimum monthly payment is due no later than the 5th of each month. You may pay as much as you like, but a minimum payment of $50.00 is required monthly to keep the account active. If payment is not received by the 5th of each month, the garment becomes available for general sale and any monies you have paid on the garment are forfeited to a holding charge. Upon receipt of a layaway payment, you will receive an email confirming payment and balance due. You must have an active phone number and email contact to open a layaway.
